Hey Y’ALL!  We're excited to begin welcoming you back to TLC on Wednesday, May 6. We've missed you! We will be safely serving you on our outdoor patio as we carefully and slowly reopen.  

Right now TLC stands for The Love of Community. With that in mind please know we are adhering to all health and safety guidelines and we have implemented additional sanitation measures to help keep our community safe. 

We can’t wait to get back to taking care of y’all! Stay positive and be kind to one another!

Reopening Health & Safety Guidelines

  • 25% of our dining room and our outdoor patio seating only

  • No more than 6 people sitting at one table 

  • Guests can order online at www.tlcaustin.com or over the phone at (512) 580-0971. 

  • All guest are required to wear masks to be inside, unless you are sitting at your table

  • Capacity is limited to 70 people total (Inside and Outside)

  • We have ordered and will install a mobile hand washing station for our guests to use.  Also, we have ordered and will be installing additional sanitizing stations outside. 

  • Our staff is required to answer a health questionnaire before clocking in.  Employees are required to take their temperature no more than 1 hour before they come in.  Upon arrival our staff's temperature is taken, and each individual is immediately required to wash their hands.  An employee with a temperature above 99.1 will be sent home.

  • All staff must wear masks while working. 

  • Hand washing is required after every guest interaction or every 15 minutes, whichever happens sooner

  • After every guest’s departure – the table will be wiped down thoroughly with a sanitizer solution. Please be patient – we strive to be thorough and detailed.

  • Single use menus will be provided, but we encourage online ordering for the most up to date item availability   

  • Drinks, refills and single use condiments will be facilitated by the servers. 

  • Every night the entire building is cleaned and sanitized, even tables and areas that were not utilized

  • TLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we deem a threat to public safety.
